Refund policy

We hope you are delighted with the products you receive from us, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can offer you a full refund or exchange within 14 working days of when you received your goods.

Once you have notified us please send the goods back unused and in any original packaging within 14 days. All our recycled mailers we send to you have a second adhesive strip to make mailing back to us easier. Please note all postage costs are covered by you so we suggest sending it back with proof of postage.
